The Festival
A Cappella Del Sol is a festival, celebration, and competition of great a cappella music. Hosted by A Cappella Syndicate, Arizona’s award-winning men’s ensemble, A Cappella Del Sol will showcase some of the finest harmony groups from around the southwest, including current regional and district champion quartets. Del Sol will be held on Saturday, February 22nd at the beautiful Madison Center for the Arts in Phoenix. Performing singers will be competing for cash prizes and bragging rights. In addition to competitors, several guest ensembles and the Syndicate will be performing their best stuff for you. Don’t miss this afternoon of beautiful harmony and fun!
A Cappella Syndicate
Having deep roots in the barbershop style of a cappella music, most of the men in the Syndicate have known each other for years and have welcomed several newcomers into the group to create the current ensemble of 22 voices.
Under the artistic direction of Gary Steinkamp and Brent Graham, A Cappella Syndicate has captured the hearts of vocal music lovers. The Syndicate has touched audiences throughout Arizona including at their self-produced annuals shows. They have been ranked the top Barbershop Harmony Society chorus in Arizona for four years running. Most recently, the A Cappella Music Awards (ACappellaMusic.org) announced the Syndicate as their 2019 Best Barbershop Group.
